Establishing our film festival, we have an important goal! This goal is dialogue. A wordless dialogue between author and his potential audience. Between people who appreciate art and culture. We would like to unite people from all over the world, to show something new and believe that it can help us to understand each other much better. Our task is to explore and find unique talents, support their work, vision and production. «Dialogue» is focusing on independent filmmakers, fully developing their potential, to express their voice and vision to the world and we are doing the best we can to make this voice heard by as many people as possible.
